Kyravox is an informational platform that describes the real estate crowdlending model in Argentina. The information available is illustrative and does not constitute a public offer, invitation to invest or personalized financial, legal or tax advice.
3. Regulatory framework
Collective Financing Platforms in Argentina are regulated by the National Securities Commission (CNV) through General Resolution 717/2017 and complementary rules. During 2026 we continue to align our process with the regulatory updates in force.

Projects published on associated platforms may involve risk of partial or total loss of capital, liquidity risk, construction risk, foreign exchange risk and regulatory risk. Historical returns do not guarantee future results.
5. Permitted use
You agree to use the site in a lawful manner, without carrying out reverse engineering, mass scraping, denial-of-service attacks or the dissemination of unlawful content. We reserve the right to restrict access in the event of abusive use.
