1. Who we are
Kyravox S.A.S. (“Kyravox”, “we”) is a company incorporated in the Argentine Republic, with its registered office at Av. Corrientes 1543, 8th Floor, Office B, City of Buenos Aires. We are the controller of the personal data collected through kyravox.com and related services.
2. Applicable legal framework
Personal data is processed in accordance with Argentine Law 25,326 on the Protection of Personal Data, its complementary regulations issued by the Agency for Access to Public Information (AAIP) and, where applicable, international standards. During 2026 we continue to adjust our practices to the update proposals promoted by the AAIP.
3. Data we collect
We may collect: (a) contact data you voluntarily share through forms (name, email, message), (b) device technical data (truncated IP address, browser type, language, operating system) and (c) navigation data obtained through cookies, always subject to the consent granted via the banner.
4. Purposes of processing
We use data to: answer inquiries, provide information about projects, improve the site experience, comply with legal obligations, measure advertising campaigns via Google Ads under Consent Mode v2, and detect fraudulent activity. We do not take automated decisions with significant legal effects.
5. Legal basis
The legal bases are: consent (for non-essential cookies and commercial communications), pre-contractual performance (responding to inquiries), legitimate interest (site security) and legal compliance.
6. Who we share data with
We may share data with infrastructure, analytics and advertising providers (for example Google Ireland Ltd. for Google Ads) only to the extent necessary to deliver the service and under data processing agreements. We do not sell personal data.
7. International transfers
When providers process data outside Argentina, we apply standard contractual clauses and verify appropriate protection safeguards, in line with the AAIP provisions in force during 2026.
8. Retention periods
We retain data only for as long as needed to fulfill the described purposes: contact messages are kept for up to 24 months; analytics data for up to 14 months in aggregated form; and advertising data as per the Google Ads configuration.
9. Your rights
You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, update, deletion and objection by writing to privacy@kyravox.com. You may also file claims before the Agency for Access to Public Information (Av. Pte. Gral. Juan Domingo Perón 315, City of Buenos Aires).
10. Information security
We apply reasonable technical and organizational controls, including encryption in transit, least-privilege access management and continuous event monitoring. No system is infallible, but we work proactively to mitigate risks.
11. Updates
We may update this policy when our practices or the legal framework change. We will publish the current version, together with its last update date, on this same page.
